Rav Yitzchok HaLevi Patshnick of Brezhna zt"l
Son of Rav Yechiel Michel. Grandson of Rav Dovid Halevi of Stephan.
Rav Yitzchok married Perele, the youngest daughter of Rav Aharon of Czernoble.
Almost every town and city in Volhynia had Brezhna Chassidim and the rebbe’s influence extended until Pinsk.
He gained renown as a miracle worker and had a strong influence among the common folk and even among gentiles who came to receive his brachos and advice.
His father-in-law’s father, Rav Mordechai, the Maggid of Czernoble, testified that all Rav Yitzchok’s 248 limbs, his רמח איבריו, were all sanctified as kadosh l’Hashem.
He passed away on the 16th (some say 15th) of Elul, תרכ"ה(1865) and laid to rest in Brezhna.
